Mental Health Services

Community Living and Support (Individual & Group)

Community Living and Support services are designed to increase independence and adaptive functioning across home and community environments. Interventions target skill acquisition in areas such as daily living, communication, social interaction, and community safety. Services are delivered individually or in structured group formats.

Supported Employment (Individual Placement & Support)

Supported Employment services assist individuals in obtaining and maintaining competitive, integrated employment. Interventions include job development, task analysis, on-site job coaching, and ongoing performance support to promote long-term vocational stability.

Respite Care (Individual & Group)

Respite Care provides time-limited support to relieve primary caregivers while ensuring continuity of care. Services focus on supervision, engagement in structured activities, and maintenance of existing skill repertoires. Available in both individual and group settings.

Community Living Support – Caregiver Option

This service allows approved caregivers to deliver Community Living and Support services to their adult child (18+). The focus remains on increasing independence, maintaining functional skills, and promoting generalization across environments while adhering to service authorization requirements.

Individual Transitional Support

Individual Transitional Support services focus on facilitating successful transitions across life stages or environments. Interventions target adaptive behavior, routine development, and functional independence to support integration into less restrictive or more independent settings.

Peer Support

Peer Support services are delivered by trained individuals with lived experience and are designed to promote recovery, self-advocacy, and community integration. Services focus on skill development, problem-solving, and increasing engagement in meaningful activities.
